RESEARCH IN DEVELOPMENT · HUMAN–AI

Human–AI decision support
for online feedback.

This research considers how AI-supported analysis and human judgement may help organisations interpret high-volume online feedback more responsibly. The project is currently under development, and further details will be shared when appropriate.

THE BROAD QUESTION

How can intelligent systems support—not replace—human judgement?

Digital feedback can be abundant, varied, and difficult to interpret. My interest lies in how decision-support systems might help people engage with such information while keeping responsibility, context, and judgement firmly in view.

RESEARCH DIRECTION

Technology becomes useful when it helps people think and decide with greater care.

The project sits at the intersection of online feedback, human–AI interaction, and managerial decision support. At this stage, this page intentionally presents only the wider research direction rather than the proposal’s conceptual, methodological, or technical details.

CURRENT STATUS

A research proposal in development.

The research questions, design, methods, and intended contributions are being developed through an academic review process. No operational system, completed evaluation, or empirical result is being claimed here.

A fuller account will be shared after the appropriate academic milestones.

ACADEMIC CONVERSATION

Interested in the wider field?

I welcome general conversations about human-centred AI, digital feedback, and decision support. Proposal-specific details remain confidential at this stage.
